Clause 3 Collection of your personal data when you visit our website

Clause 6 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files stored on your computer that enable analysis of the way in which you use the website. The personal data generated by the cookie about your use of the website will usually be transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. (7) This website also uses Google Analytics for an analysis of visitor flows across all devices which is carried out via a user ID. You can disable the cross-device analysis of your use in your customer account under "My Data", "Personal Information".

Clause 7 Inclusion of YouTube videos

(1) We have included YouTube videos in our online offering that are stored on www.YouTube.com and are directly playable from our website. These are all integrated and embedded in the "Extended Privacy Mode", i.e., no data about you as user are transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data referred to in Paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

(2) By accessing its website, YouTube receives information that you have visited the corresponding sub-site on our website. In addition, the data cited under Clause 3 of this declaration are transmitted. This occurs irrespective of whether YouTube makes a user account available, via which you are logged in, or if there is no user account. Clause 8 Facebook Custom Audiences

(1) Furthermore, the website uses the re-marketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This allows users of the website to see interest-based advertisements ("Facebook Ads") when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use the process. Clause 9 Instagram Social Plug-In

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") by Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plug-ins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example, in the form of an "Instagram camera". Clause 11 Applicant management (information in accordance with Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation)

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we would like to give you some information about the use of your data in the application process:

(1) Your personal data are processed for execution of the application process and the decision on the conclusion of an employment contract.(in accordance with Art. 6 (1) letters a and b GDPR)

(2) Recipients or categories of recipients of the data: Human Resources as well as the manager of the position you applied for and executive management. A transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of our service provider of the applicant management software Persis in the context of order processing (Persis GmbH, Theodor-Heuss-Strasse 5, 89518 Heidenheim).

(3) There is no intention to transfer the personal data to a third country or an international organization.

(4) Duration of storage of personal data: The data are deleted six months after completion of the application process. If an employment contract is concluded, we will inform you separately about the use of the data in the employment relationship.

(5) The provision of personal data is not required by law or contract. However, the provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of an employment contract. You are not required to provide your personal data. The consequence of not providing this would be that we cannot consider you in the application process.

(6) Automated decision-making does not take place.

(7) You have the right to information from the controller about the personal data concerning you as well as to correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You have the right to object to the processing. We would also like to draw your attention to your right to data portability. This means that you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible without our interference.
